API key

Uses your own credential — Verslay stores it encrypted

    Sign in to Agile CRM
    Open https://www.agilecrm.com and sign in to the account you want to connect.

    Create the API key
    Open https://github.com/agilecrm/rest-api#api-key and generate a new API key.
  3. 3
    Copy it immediately
    Agile CRM usually shows the full API key only once, right after you create it. Store it somewhere safe before closing the page.

    Connect in Verslay
    In the Verslay Hub, open Connections, find Agile CRM, and paste the API key into the Domain, REST API Key, Email field.
  5. 5
    Verify
    The connection flips to Connected. Run any read-only action once to confirm the credential has the right scopes.
  6. 6
    Rotate safely
    When you rotate later: connect the new credential first, confirm it works, then revoke the old one.

What you’ll paste into Verslay

Domain

Your Agile CRM tenant subdomain only. For an account at https://example.agilecrm.com, enter example. You can confirm it from your Agile CRM account URL or from Admin Settings -> API & Analytics -> API Key.

REST API Key

In Agile CRM, open Admin Settings -> API & Analytics -> API Key and copy the first key, labelled API Key for REST client. Agile CRM uses this key as the HTTP Basic password.

The email address of the Agile CRM user whose REST API key you are connecting. Agile CRM uses this email as the HTTP Basic username.
