API key

Uses your own credential — Verslay stores it encrypted

    Sign in to AnyDB
    Open https://www.anydb.com and sign in to the account you want to connect.

    Create the API key
    Open https://www.anydb.com/support/integrations/api/ and generate a new API key.

    Copy it immediately
    AnyDB usually shows the full API key only once, right after you create it. Store it somewhere safe before closing the page.

    Connect in Verslay
    In the Verslay Hub, open Connections, find AnyDB, and paste the API key into the API Key, User Email field.
  5. 5
    Verify
    The connection flips to Connected. Run any read-only action once to confirm the credential has the right scopes.
  6. 6
    Rotate safely
    When you rotate later: connect the new credential first, confirm it works, then revoke the old one.

What you’ll paste into Verslay

API Key

Log in at https://app.anydb.com, open the user icon, select the Integration tab, and copy the API key shown there. Keep this value secret.

Enter the email address of the AnyDB user who owns the API key. AnyDB requires this email together with the key on every external integration API request.
