Uses your own credential — Verslay stores it encrypted

    Sign in to Braintrust
    Open https://www.braintrust.dev and sign in to the account you want to connect.

    Create the API key
    Open https://www.braintrust.dev/docs/admin/authentication#api-authentication and generate a new API key.
  3. 3
    Copy it immediately
    Braintrust usually shows the full API key only once, right after you create it. Store it somewhere safe before closing the page.

    Connect in Verslay
    In the Verslay Hub, open Connections, find Braintrust, and paste the API key into the API URL, API Key field.
  5. 5
    Verify
    The connection flips to Connected. Run any read-only action once to confirm the credential has the right scopes.
  6. 6
    Rotate safely
    When you rotate later: connect the new credential first, confirm it works, then revoke the old one.

API URL

Your organization's Braintrust Data plane API URL. Copy it from Settings > Data plane. Use https://api.braintrust.dev for US-hosted organizations, https://api-eu.braintrust.dev for EU-hosted organizations, or your reachable self-hosted API

Create or copy a Braintrust API key from Settings > API keys at https://www.braintrust.dev/app/~/configuration/org/api-keys. Braintrust shows a new key only once, and the key inherits the permissions of the user who created it.
