    Sign in to Crisp
    Open https://crisp.chat and sign in to the account you want to connect.

    Create the API key
    Open https://docs.crisp.chat/guides/rest-api/authentication/website-token/ and generate a new API key.
  3. 3
    Copy it immediately
    Crisp usually shows the full API key only once, right after you create it. Store it somewhere safe before closing the page.

    Connect in Verslay
    In the Verslay Hub, open Connections, find Crisp, and paste the API key into the Website ID, Website Token Identifier, Website Token Key field.

    Verify
    The connection flips to Connected. Run any read-only action once to confirm the credential has the right scopes.

    Rotate safely
    When you rotate later: connect the new credential first, confirm it works, then revoke the old one.

What you’ll paste into Verslay

Website ID

The Website ID for the workspace bound to this token. Find it in Crisp Dashboard > Settings > Workspace Settings > Setup instructions, then copy the Website ID shown for your workspace.

Website Token Identifier

The identifier from Crisp Dashboard > Settings > Workspace Settings > Advanced configuration > API Token. Generate a Website Token there and copy the identifier when Crisp displays it; keep it secret.

The key paired with your Website Token in Crisp Dashboard > Settings > Workspace Settings > Advanced configuration > API Token. Copy it when Crisp displays it; it cannot be recovered later and must remain secret.
