API key

Uses your own credential — Verslay stores it encrypted

    Sign in to Engage Platform
    Open https://engage.so and sign in to the account you want to connect.

    Create the API key
    Generate a new API key from the API or developer settings in your Engage Platform dashboard.
  3. 3
    Copy it immediately
    Engage Platform usually shows the full API key only once, right after you create it. Store it somewhere safe before closing the page.

    Connect in Verslay
    In the Verslay Hub, open Connections, find Engage Platform, and paste the API key into the Public Key, Private Key field.

    Verify
    The connection flips to Connected. Run any read-only action once to confirm the credential has the right scopes.

    Rotate safely
    When you rotate later: connect the new credential first, confirm it works, then revoke the old one.

What you’ll paste into Verslay

Public Key

Your public key from Settings > Accounts in the Engage dashboard. Engage uses this value as the HTTP Basic username.

How do I connect Engage Platform to Verslay?

Open Connections in the Verslay Hub, find Engage Platform, and use the API key method. The steps are: Sign in to Engage Platform, Create the API key, Copy it immediately, Connect in Verslay, Verify, Rotate safely.

What do I need before I connect Engage Platform?

You need Public Key, Private Key from your Engage Platform account. Your public key from Settings > Accounts in the Engage dashboard. Engage uses this value as the HTTP Basic username.
