API key

Uses your own credential — Verslay stores it encrypted

    Sign in to Figma
    Open https://www.figma.com/ and sign in to the account you want to connect.

    Create the API key
    Generate a new API key from the API or developer settings in your Figma dashboard.
  3. 3
    Copy it immediately
    Figma usually shows the full API key only once, right after you create it. Store it somewhere safe before closing the page.

    Connect in Verslay
    In the Verslay Hub, open Connections, find Figma, and paste the API key into the Base URL, Personal Access Token field.

    Verify
    The connection flips to Connected. Run any read-only action once to confirm the credential has the right scopes.

    Rotate safely
    When you rotate later: connect the new credential first, confirm it works, then revoke the old one.

What you’ll paste into Verslay

Base URL

The web address used to reach Figma's API. Most accounts can keep the default, https://api.figma.com — change it only if your company routes Figma traffic through a proxy.

Personal Access Token

Your Figma personal access token (starts with 'figd_'). Create one under Settings → Security, picking the scopes you need; copy it right away — it's shown only once.
