API key

Uses your own credential — Verslay stores it encrypted

    Sign in to Iterate
    Open https://iteratehq.com and sign in to the account you want to connect.

    Create the API key
    Open https://help.iteratehq.com/en/articles/2835026-finding-your-api-key and generate a new API key.
  3. 3
    Copy it immediately
    Iterate usually shows the full API key only once, right after you create it. Store it somewhere safe before closing the page.

    Connect in Verslay
    In the Verslay Hub, open Connections, find Iterate, and paste the API key into the API Key field.
  5. 5
    Verify
    The connection flips to Connected. Run any read-only action once to confirm the credential has the right scopes.
  6. 6
    Rotate safely
    When you rotate later: connect the new credential first, confirm it works, then revoke the old one.

What you’ll paste into Verslay

API Key

Log in to Iterate, open Settings, and copy the API key shown on the right side. Iterate uses this key to authorize API requests; keep it secret.

Company ID

Optional Iterate company tenant ID used by company user and privacy tools. Connect with only an API key to use survey tools, then obtain company_id from List Surveys and reconnect before using company-scoped tools.
