Uses your own credential — Verslay stores it encrypted

    Sign in to Kintone
    Open https://www.kintone.com/ and sign in to the account you want to connect.

    Create the API key
    Open https://kintone.dev/en/docs/common/user-api/overview/user-api-overview/ and generate a new API key.
  3. 3
    Copy it immediately
    Kintone usually shows the full API key only once, right after you create it. Store it somewhere safe before closing the page.

    Connect in Verslay
    In the Verslay Hub, open Connections, find Kintone, and paste the API key into the Kintone Subdomain, Kintone Domain, User API Token field.

    Verify
    The connection flips to Connected. Run any read-only action once to confirm the credential has the right scopes.
  6. 6
    Rotate safely
    When you rotate later: connect the new credential first, confirm it works, then revoke the old one.

What you’ll paste into Verslay

Kintone Subdomain

Enter only your Kintone tenant subdomain. For example, if you sign in at https://acme.kintone.com or https://acme.cybozu.com, enter acme. This connection is limited to the /v1 User API for users, departments, and groups.

Kintone Domain

The domain your tenant signs in on: kintone.com for a kintone.com tenant, or cybozu.com for a Japanese tenant that signs in at https://acme.cybozu.com.

User API Token

Generate an API token in Kintone System Administration and enter the complete token. This token authenticates the /v1 User API for managing users, departments, and groups; do not enter an App API token.
