    Sign in to KoboToolbox
    Open https://www.kobotoolbox.org and sign in to the account you want to connect.

    Create the API key
    Open https://support.kobotoolbox.org/api.html and generate a new API key.
  3. 3
    Copy it immediately
    KoboToolbox usually shows the full API key only once, right after you create it. Store it somewhere safe before closing the page.

    Connect in Verslay
    In the Verslay Hub, open Connections, find KoboToolbox, and paste the API key into the Server URL, API Key field.

    Verify
    The connection flips to Connected. Run any read-only action once to confirm the credential has the right scopes.

    Rotate safely
    When you rotate later: connect the new credential first, confirm it works, then revoke the old one.

Server URL

The origin of the KoboToolbox KPI server where your account and projects are hosted, without a trailing slash. Use https://kf.kobotoolbox.org for Global, https://eu.kobotoolbox.org for the European Union, or your organization's private KPI

Your personal API key for the selected KPI server. In KoboToolbox, open Account Settings, choose Security, and copy the API key. You can also retrieve it from /token/?format=json while signed in to that server. Regenerating the key revokes
