Uses your own credential — Verslay stores it encrypted

    Sign in to Modem
    Open https://modem.dev and sign in to the account you want to connect.

    Create the API key
    Open https://modem.dev/docs/api-reference/introduction and generate a new API key.

    Copy it immediately
    Modem usually shows the full API key only once, right after you create it. Store it somewhere safe before closing the page.

    Connect in Verslay
    In the Verslay Hub, open Connections, find Modem, and paste the API key into the Organization API Key field.
  5. 5
    Verify
    The connection flips to Connected. Run any read-only action once to confirm the credential has the right scopes.
  6. 6
    Rotate safely
    When you rotate later: connect the new credential first, confirm it works, then revoke the old one.

Organization API Key

Create or copy an organization API key in the Modem dashboard under Settings -> API Keys. You must be an organization owner, and Modem shows the full key only once. The key starts with modem_ and grants access to that organization's REST AP
