Notion connects with an integration secret or with Notion's own sign-in. With the secret route there is one step people miss: Notion integrations only see pages you explicitly share with them.

Before you start

For the secret route: create an integration at notion.so/profile/integrations. The secret starts with ntn_ or secret_.
Share the pages or databases you want agents to use with that integration. It cannot see anything else.
For OAuth: sign in with Notion and approve access. Nothing to copy.

Sign in to Notion
Open https://www.notion.so and sign in to the account you want to connect.

Create the API key
Generate a new API key from the API or developer settings in your Notion dashboard.

Copy it immediately
Notion usually shows the full API key only once, right after you create it. Store it somewhere safe before closing the page.

Connect in Verslay
In the Verslay Hub, open Connections, find Notion, and paste the API key into the API Key field.

Verify
The connection flips to Connected. Run any read-only action once to confirm the credential has the right scopes.

Rotate safely
When you rotate later: connect the new credential first, confirm it works, then revoke the old one.

If it does not connect

Notion connected, but agents cannot find my pages.: With an integration secret, share each page or database with the integration inside Notion. It sees only what is shared.
The secret is rejected.: It should start with ntn_ or secret_. Create a fresh one at notion.so/profile/integrations and paste it again.
