    Sign in to Request Tracker (RT)
    Open https://bestpractical.com/request-tracker and sign in to the account you want to connect.

    Create the API key
    Open https://docs.bestpractical.com/rt/6.0.3/RT/Authen/Token.html and generate a new API key.

    Copy it immediately
    Request Tracker (RT) usually shows the full API key only once, right after you create it. Store it somewhere safe before closing the page.

    Connect in Verslay
    In the Verslay Hub, open Connections, find Request Tracker (RT), and paste the API key into the RT Base URL, API Token field.

    Verify
    The connection flips to Connected. Run any read-only action once to confirm the credential has the right scopes.

    Rotate safely
    When you rotate later: connect the new credential first, confirm it works, then revoke the old one.

RT Base URL

The externally reachable HTTPS URL of your RT instance, including any deployment path prefix but not /REST/2.0, for example https://rt.example.com or https://example.com/rt. Copy it from your browser; a trailing slash or pasted REST 2.0 URL

Create or copy an authentication token in RT under Logged in as <user> > Settings > Auth Tokens. Creating a token requires the ManageAuthTokens right. Keep this token secret.
