- 2Create the API keyOpen https://www.sec.gov/search-filings/edgar-application-programming-interfaces and generate a new API key.
- 3Copy it immediatelySEC EDGAR usually shows the full API key only once, right after you create it. Store it somewhere safe before closing the page.
- 4Connect in VerslayIn the Verslay Hub, open Connections, find SEC EDGAR, and paste the API key into the User-Agent Identity field.
- 5VerifyThe connection flips to Connected. Run any read-only action once to confirm the credential has the right scopes.
