    Sign in to Snowflake Basic
    Open https://www.snowflake.com/en/ and sign in to the account you want to connect.

    Create the app password
    Generate a new app password from the API or developer settings in your Snowflake Basic dashboard.

    Connect in Verslay
    In the Verslay Hub, open Connections, find Snowflake Basic, and paste the app password into the Username, Password, Account ID field.

    Verify
    The connection flips to Connected. Run any read-only action once to confirm the credential has the right scopes.
  5. 5
    Rotate safely
    When you rotate later: connect the new credential first, confirm it works, then revoke the old one.
