Uses your own credential — Verslay stores it encrypted

    Sign in to Starshipit
    Open https://starshipit.com and sign in to the account you want to connect.

    Create the API key
    Open https://support.starshipit.com/articles/360001893576-find-your-starshipit-api-key and generate a new API key.
  3. 3
    Copy it immediately
    Starshipit usually shows the full API key only once, right after you create it. Store it somewhere safe before closing the page.

    Connect in Verslay
    In the Verslay Hub, open Connections, find Starshipit, and paste the API key into the API Key, Subscription Key field.
  5. 5
    Verify
    The connection flips to Connected. Run any read-only action once to confirm the credential has the right scopes.
  6. 6
    Rotate safely
    When you rotate later: connect the new credential first, confirm it works, then revoke the old one.

What you’ll paste into Verslay

API Key

Your Starshipit account API key. In the Starshipit app, open Settings > API and copy the API key. The same key authenticates the core shipping API and accounts with the WMS add-on.

Subscription Key

Your Starshipit subscription key. In the Starshipit app, open Settings > API and copy the subscription key shown with the API key. Core shipping API requests require this key in addition to the account API key.
