    Sign in to Trackdesk
    Open https://trackdesk.com and sign in to the account you want to connect.

    Create the API key
    Open https://help.trackdesk.com/en/articles/7902431-personal-tokens-and-api-access and generate a new API key.

    Copy it immediately
    Trackdesk usually shows the full API key only once, right after you create it. Store it somewhere safe before closing the page.

    Connect in Verslay
    In the Verslay Hub, open Connections, find Trackdesk, and paste the API key into the Tenant ID, Personal Access Token field.

    Verify
    The connection flips to Connected. Run any read-only action once to confirm the credential has the right scopes.

    Rotate safely
    When you rotate later: connect the new credential first, confirm it works, then revoke the old one.

What you’ll paste into Verslay

Tenant ID

Your Trackdesk program subdomain. For https://my-program.trackdesk.com, enter my-program. Find it under Settings > Your Trackdesk identifiers in Trackdesk.

Personal Access Token

Generate and copy a personal access token in Trackdesk under Settings > Integrations > Personal tokens. The token inherits your user's permissions and is shown only when generated, so keep it secret.
