    Sign in to Vercel AI Gateway
    Open https://vercel.com/ai and sign in to the account you want to connect.

    Create the API key
    Open https://vercel.com/docs/ai-gateway/authentication-and-byok/api-keys and generate a new API key.

    Copy it immediately
    Vercel AI Gateway usually shows the full API key only once, right after you create it. Store it somewhere safe before closing the page.

    Connect in Verslay
    In the Verslay Hub, open Connections, find Vercel AI Gateway, and paste the API key into the AI Gateway API Key field.

    Verify
    The connection flips to Connected. Run any read-only action once to confirm the credential has the right scopes.
  6. 6
    Rotate safely
    When you rotate later: connect the new credential first, confirm it works, then revoke the old one.

AI Gateway API Key

Create a key in the Vercel dashboard under AI Gateway > API Keys, then copy the key value when it is shown. Vercel only displays the secret once. This key authenticates AI Gateway requests and is not a general Vercel access token.
