Uses your own credential — Verslay stores it encrypted

    Sign in to Fleetio
    Open https://www.fleetio.com and sign in to the account you want to connect.

    Create the API key
    Open https://developer.fleetio.com/docs/overview/quick-start and generate a new API key.
  3. 3
    Copy it immediately
    Fleetio usually shows the full API key only once, right after you create it. Store it somewhere safe before closing the page.

    Connect in Verslay
    In the Verslay Hub, open Connections, find Fleetio, and paste the API key into the API Key, Account Token field.
  5. 5
    Verify
    The connection flips to Connected. Run any read-only action once to confirm the credential has the right scopes.
  6. 6
    Rotate safely
    When you rotate later: connect the new credential first, confirm it works, then revoke the old one.

What you’ll paste into Verslay

API Key

Your Fleetio user API key. In Fleetio, open Settings > Manage API Keys (https://secure.fleetio.com/api_keys), then copy the API key for the dedicated user whose role grants the permissions this connection needs.

The Fleetio account token paired with your API key. In Fleetio, open Settings > Manage API Keys (https://secure.fleetio.com/api_keys) and copy the Account Token for the account this connection should access.
