    Sign in to Plain
    Open https://www.plain.com and sign in to the account you want to connect.

    Create the API key
    Generate a new API key from the API or developer settings in your Plain dashboard.

    Copy it immediately
    Plain usually shows the full API key only once, right after you create it. Store it somewhere safe before closing the page.

    Connect in Verslay
    In the Verslay Hub, open Connections, find Plain, and paste the API key into the Plain API Key field.

    Verify
    The connection flips to Connected. Run any read-only action once to confirm the credential has the right scopes.
  6. 6
    Rotate safely
    When you rotate later: connect the new credential first, confirm it works, then revoke the old one.

Plain API Key

Your Plain API key, starting 'plainApiKey_'. Create it in Settings → Machine Users → Add API Key with the permissions you need; copy it now — it's shown only once.

Required for Plain triggers. Your Plain workspace's request signing secret, from Settings → Webhooks → Request signing. Leave blank if you only use Plain tools and not triggers.
