    Sign in to Wati
    Open https://www.wati.io/ and sign in to the account you want to connect.

    Create the API key
    Generate a new API key from the API or developer settings in your Wati dashboard.

    Copy it immediately
    Wati usually shows the full API key only once, right after you create it. Store it somewhere safe before closing the page.

    Connect in Verslay
    In the Verslay Hub, open Connections, find Wati, and paste the API key into the Base URL, Wati Access Token field.

    Verify
    The connection flips to Connected. Run any read-only action once to confirm the credential has the right scopes.

    Rotate safely
    When you rotate later: connect the new credential first, confirm it works, then revoke the old one.

Base URL

The base URL for the Wati API. For paid plans, use this: https://live-mt-server.wati.io and must provide your tenant ID.

Wati Access Token

The access token required for authenticating API requests. You can obtain it from the Wati UI under the 'API Docs' section. Note: Changing your Wati account password will invalidate the current access token.

Tenant ID

The tenant ID (Client ID) for Wati paid accounts. This is generated when you register for a paid MT account and is used to log in. You can find it in the Wati URL when logged in or in your profile under "Client ID".
