How it runs
Multi-agent orchestration — here's the flow, step by step.
Call verslay_recall to retrieve prior meeting-prep briefs and attendee context from memory. Then scan the user's Google Calendar for upcoming meetings in the next 24-48 hours, extracting: meeting title, attendees (names + emails), scheduled time, duration, meeting link, and any agenda notes in the description. Cross-reference attendee emails to identify known contacts. Store raw meeting roster as Phase 1 output.
calendar scannerFor each attendee company surfaced in Phase 1, call verslay_web_search and verslay_news_search to pull recent company news, funding announcements, product launches, and leadership changes. Call verslay_rss_fetch on each company's newsroom RSS feed if available. Identify the top two to three talking points per company based on recent developments. Pass company intelligence to Phase 3.
web researcherIn parallel with web-researcher, call verslay_exclusive_linkedin_profile on each external attendee to retrieve their current role, tenure, recent activity posts, and professional background. Cross-reference with CRM context from verslay_recall (deal stage, last touchpoint, open action items). Produce per-attendee context cards with role, background, and CRM status.
sales insight analystConsume Phase 2 context. Call verslay_reddit_search on the attendee company's industry subreddits to surface current pain points and community sentiment. Call verslay_youtube_search targeting the meeting topic or attendee company name to find relevant talks, demos, or announcements that could inform discussion. Add a 'current industry headwinds' section to the prep brief.
web researcherConsume Phase 2 company intelligence, Phase 2 attendee context cards, and Phase 3 industry sentiment. Synthesize per-meeting prep packages: business context summary, conversation starters, potential objections and responses, suggested agenda, and recommended next steps. Score each meeting by strategic importance (deal size × stage × recency of touchpoint from CRM data).
data analystConsume Phase 4 per-meeting prep packages and strategic importance scores. Format a consolidated meeting prep brief: meetings listed in priority order, per-meeting sections with company intel, attendee profiles, talking points, and suggested agenda. Call verslay_memorize to store attendee profiles and company intelligence in memory for future meetings.
executive briefing writerReceive the meeting prep brief from executive-briefing-writer. Deliver to the configured Slack channel or email the user. Confirm delivery and log send timestamp.
