Every run pulls the project's real state from Asana: open tasks, assignees, due dates, and recent activity. It diagnoses with named rules — staleness past a threshold, deadlines inside the window with no movement, already-slipped dates, per-assignee load against the team median — and every flag carries its rule and number. The digest opens with blockers (each naming the task it blocks and the owner waiting on it), then at-risk deadlines, aging tasks, and the workload table with a one-line recommendation per finding. The Slack version is staged for one-click approval — never posted automatically — and the in-hub report is always the deliverable of record.
