For both-mode the workflow runs both fan-outs in parallel and synthesizes a unified brief with a convergence section. Every signal cites source + URL + capture timestamp; failed actors are flagged, never silently dropped. Optional distribution as a HubSpot note + contact-field updates, a Notion page, or a Slack summary — all opt-in.
